Board of Directors Election for the 2019-2021 Term

Hafa Adai Members,

The Chinese Chamber of Commerce will hold an Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Dusit Thani Guam. At the Annual Membership Meeting, the members of the CCCG will elect the new Board of Directors for the following two-year term.

The first step in the election process is for the members to nominate candidates to serve as Director. We request that you nominate individuals to serve as Director. Attached is the Nomination Form. On the Nomination Form, please indicate the name(s) of individual(s) you wish to nominate for the Director position. You may also nominate yourself. Sign the form and the name of your company, and either deliver or email the form to the CCCG Office (CCCG email eestrella@cccguam.org ) on or before Friday, January 18, 2019 by noon. Any list which is not received by that date and time will not be considered for the nomination of candidates.

Also attached is the list of our general membership. Candidates must be nominated from companies which are current CCCG members. After nominations are received, the Election Committee will prepare a ballot. Seventeen (17) Directors will be elected for the following term. We request your help and assistance to nominate a slate of good candidates so that the leadership of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce will be strong and effective.
